Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Because orders are processed for dispatch through our rapid fulfilment system, cancellation is not available after an order has been placed. Our operations team begins packaging and courier scheduling immediately to ensure rapid delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available.
All purchases are final and we do not provide monetary refunds. Every piece is thoroughly quality-checked and documented prior to dispatch from our Paschim Vihar studio.
Size Exchange
If the customer requires a size exchange, they may request an exchange subject to the applicable exchange conditions and product availability.
₹99 Size-Exchange Charge
A minimal ₹99 size-exchange charge will apply. The ₹99 charge is specifically collected to cover the additional logistics/shipping involved in replacing the product. This allows us to keep our overall shipping rates low for all customers.
The replacement product will be shipped once the original product has been received and the exchange has been approved, subject to availability.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any fragrance, perfume, or cosmetic marks.
- All original Alvèra luxury brand tags, security loops, and original packaging must remain completely intact.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of package delivery by contacting our concierge desk.
- If the requested replacement size is out of stock, our concierge will assist you in selecting an alternative available piece or store credit.
